Our process starts with sharing and gathering information. We provide an information packet to you that answers common seller questions, as well as a seller information sheet for you to fill out to kick-start the process. Behind the scenes, we get busy preparing your closing by drafting all required documents and coordinating with all parties involved in the transaction. When it comes time to sign documents, we can schedule a time for you to come by our office. Busy or out of town? No worries! We can email your documents or send them out for overnight delivery. If the buyer is also closing with us, we promptly send you any proceeds from the sale to you by the method of your choice.
