Meet Alanna Maddox,

your go-to real estate attorney with a heart for helping folks achieve their piece of the American dream through homeownership. Originally from Minnesota, Alanna made her way to North Carolina in 2003 after graduating from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She began her legal career as a legal assistant in Raleigh and Fayetteville, with a focus on residential real estate, gaining over a decade of experience.

When her husband, Jeff, retired from the military, Alanna decided to take the next step from her humble beginnings as a legal assistant and chase her long-held dream of becoming an attorney. She took the leap and gradated from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2023 and punched her ticket to the NC Bar that same year. Alanna cherishes her downtime with Jeff and their three dogs. While she’s a fan of traveling, she’ll often be found happily sipping morning coffee on the back porch, watching the pups play in the yard.

Known to her friends and family as passionate, caring, sharp-witted, and incredibly supportive, Alanna thrives on seeing her loved ones secure their slice of the American dream. She’s all about bringing the same opportunities and support to you whether you’re buying, selling, or investing in real estate. Let Alanna guide you on your journey with a blend of personal touch and a whole lot of expertise.

Meet Fallon Parker-Jackson,

an experienced professional in real estate, hails from Hoke County, NC, and holds a business administration degree from Sandhills Community College. She's been in the industry for 20 years, starting as a file clerk and progressing through post-closings and foreclosures to full processing in 2006. You can see why Alanna jumped at the opportunity to bring Fallon to the team as a Legal Assistant!

Fallon's favorite local spot is El Cazador on Skibo, she enjoys beach travel, especially in the Caribbean, and has a habit of seeking out great music festivals. Apart from her travel-bug and dedication to her work, Fallon is a dedicated mother of two daughters, Kaiah and Alexandria, who are active in volleyball. Kaiah played at the collegiate level at WSSU and Alexandria is still playing in high school and on travel teams. Her daughters would tell you that her dedication to their athletic dreams, as their middle school coach, helped build the foundation of their success in the sport. Fallon is married to Ronnie, a local small-business owner known for top-notch window-tinting, and they share their home with two dogs - a frenchie named Yeezy and a pitbull named Duke.

Fallon values the fast-paced nature of real estate, where she learns something new everyday and uses her two decades of experience to ensure a smooth path from contract to closing for her clients.
